Donald Richards is Professor of Statistics in the
Department of Statistics at
Penn State University, University
Park.
His research interests include multivariate statistical analysis,
statistical reliability theory, probability inequalities,
representation theory and harmonic analysis, special functions of
matrix argument, combinatorics, and applications.
