I have not been informed by the registrar's office of any final exam conflict applications, so I do not plan to offer any conflict exams. See http://www.psu.edu/registrar/exams/examschs.html#conflict_sp03.

Hannah held a review session on Thursday, April 29 at 7:00 in 111 Boucke.

The exam will consist of 75 multiple-choice questions and it is worth 150 points (out of 500 for the whole course).

Bring to the examination:

Students are responsible for all material covered in lectures, homeworks, exams, and in the chapters of the book that were assigned for reading. These chapters are 1, 3-5, 7-12, and 15-24.

The exam material will be weighted more heavily toward chapters 21-24 than the other chapters.

Here are the exam questions from the previous three exams along with answers. PLEASE, TRY THE PROBLEMS BEFORE YOU LOOK AT THE ANSWERS. Be honest with yourself: Can you answer each question? Could you do it on an exam?

I have posted some practice problems for the 4th part of the class. The answers were presented in class on Friday, Apr. 30 and will not be posted online.

Below are the three previous sets of practice problems, one for each of the previous exams:

  1. Exam 1 problems, with answers
  2. Exam 2 problems, with answers
  3. Exam 3 problems, with answers
I have compiled a set of solutions to all quizzes, both those quizzes that we did have and those that we didn't have.

If you have specific questions about anything on this page, including the practice problems for the 4th part of the class, please email me.
